It is ironic that Scott should pass during football season. Almost all of my memories of him center around football - from the grade school German Hill vs Price Hill rivalry, the time he broke my collar bone in an 8th grade lunch hour game, and our 1964 conference championship team where we both made all-conference. Scott's passion for the game started early in life. I also recall him claiming a seat behind Debbie Steinke in Mr. Severson's World History class and wearing a perpetual smile. That bold and flirtatious move evolved into a life-long romance. It was always a joy to see them together throughout the years. I send sincere condolences to Debbie and all of the Pomeroy and Steinke families. Treasure and share your memories of Scott always.

I was Isaac's Principal for several years and found him to be a good person, excellent athlete and committed Catholic. I prayer for him and your family during this troubling time. Please contact me if I can be of any help to your family

The sudden passing of an only child is absolutely devasting. Thank goodness we found such a caring, devoted funeral home and owners to help us navigate this difficult process. Jon Leiser is a credit to his profession. Thank you for all the love, compassion, and support you showered upon us. God bless all of you!

Jason and I were friends for over 30 years. He was a ferociously loyal friend and generous to a fault. I loved him like the brother I never had. We grieved together when our mutual friend John C. died. He was intelligent and funny. I am so sad now fighting through my tears I am struggling with finding what I think are those “right” words to say. All I can think is my sadness must pale in comparison to that of his family. My condolences and hopes for compassion and strength in healing go out to Julie and the rest of his family in this dire time of their need. Rest in eternal peace my dear friend
